PAYMENT POLICY

  Payment for all services is due in full on the date of your appointment.
  A non-refundable deposit is due within 7 days of scheduling an assessment.
  The Yellin Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal or cashier checks and cash.


SLIDING SCALE


Families may apply for a sliding scale fee reduction to assist with the cost of the assessment. In order to be considered, please submit both a Contact Form and a Sliding Scale Application.  If you are interested in helping to fund assessments for students in need please contact The Yellin Center.


INSURANCE


The Yellin Center for Student Success is non-participating and out-of-network for all insurance carriers. Health insurance carriers may provide reimbursement for portions of our services. Please check with your carrier in advance of making an appointment. On the date of service, a record of services provided will be issued, including diagnostic and procedural codes (CPT and ICD-9), to assist you in seeking reimbursement. It is your responsibility to submit the necessary documents to your insurance carrier.


FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS

Some services rendered by clinicians at The Yellin Center may be considered FSA eligible expenses; however, the ultimate determination of eligibility is made by your plan administrator, whom you should contact for your specific plan requirements.
