Mariam Hanna, M.A., NCSP, is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist at The Yellin Center for Mind, Brain, and Education.
Mariam specializes in conducting educational and neuropsychological assessments for school-aged children. With a wealth of experience working as a school psychologist in public schools in New Jersey, Mariam is adept at understanding student behaviors and creating strategies to address social and emotional challenges. She has also developed the skills to collaborate effectively with parents, teachers, and administrators. Mariam is passionate about the early identification of learning differences and providing necessary supports for students to feel empowered and confident in their education. She is committed to delivering culturally-sensitive evaluations to all children and adults, including individuals of diverse backgrounds and identities. Mariam holds a B.A. degree from Drew University and an M.A. in school psychology from Montclair State University. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in school psychology from Fordham University. |
