Patient Relations Coordinator
Administrative/patient relations coordinator sought for The Yellin Center for Mind, Brain, and Education, an innovative, mission-driven clinical/education practice. This is a full-time position and requires high-level communications, business, and organization skills.
Preferred candidates will have experience in education, psychology, pediatrics, business administration, information technology, or related fields.
Scope of duties may include:
• Intake
• Scheduling
• Accounts receivable
• Internal and external communications
• Customer service
• Executive support and clinical staff support
• Care coordination
All candidates must possess:
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including writing and copyediting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related software
• Strong general Internet skills
• Experience working in an office or professional environment; special interest in medical or therapeutic office experience
• Strong multi-tasking and follow-through skills
• Highly-evolved organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
